B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 12 Frasers Property Singapore developments:
Causeway Point, Century Square, Changi City Point, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Waterway Point, White Sands and Valley Point.
2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a FRx member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore developments. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.
3. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore developments.
4. To apply, download the FRx app, which is available on the App Store and Google Play, and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found at

C. REDEMPTION
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy:

2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, FRx members must scan their FRx QR Code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to instant rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.
4. For supermarket spending from FairPrice / FairPrice Finest, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at FairPrice / FairPrice Finest Customer Service to earn FRx Points.
5. For supermarket spending from Cold Storage, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at Customer Service of the participating Malls of Frasers Property to earn FRx Points.
6. All instant rewards are available on a first-come first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
7. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at Customer Service of the participating Malls of Frasers Property.
8. The Management of the respective malls reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.
9. Citibank and the Management of the respective malls decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
10. Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with the third party.
11. The Management of the respective malls shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services purchased by the Citi Cardmember from third parties with the vouchers (“Redeemed Products”) and the Management of the respective malls shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Redeemed Products. All disputes about quality or performance of the Redeemed Products shall be resolved directly with the third party.
12. Citibank and the Management of the respective malls reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
13. "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited.
D. The Great Frasers Shopping Dash Event
1. From 1 Sep 2023, FRx members can book The Great Frasers Shopping Dash session at https://www.frasersexperience.com/book/TGFSDash.
2. Minimum spend of $30 in a single in-mall transaction via the FRx app from 1 Sep 2023 is required to participate in the event. Booking of an event session is compulsory prior to attending the event, on a first-come-first served basis.
3. Event is open to FRx members only. FRx members can only register for themselves, capped at 1 event location only. Event must be attended by the FRx member in person.
4. Each event is capped at the first 128 participants who show up on-site during the respective event date with proof of spending via the FRx app. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, while slots last.
5. FRx members must complete the booking process within 15 minutes, else the pre-allocated slots will be released.
6. Upon successful booking, FRx members will receive a confirmation email via their FRx registered email address.
7. A confirmation booking email is required for event entry. FRx members are to check their junk email folder if a confirmation email was not received. For further assistance, please email to
FRHelp@frasersproperty.com.
8. All bookings made are final and non-amendable or transferable.
9. For booking cancellation, participants may cancel their event booking via the confirmation email that was sent to their FRx registered email address. Please note that all slots within the booking will be cancelled upon proceeding with the request.
10. Participants may receive a call via their FRx registered mobile number, prior to their session timing, from the Event Organizer to confirm their event attendance.
11. Participants are advised to arrive at 12pm for their booked event session. Event booking slots will be held for a maximum of 60 mins, thereafter, the slot will be released.
12. Participants are to present the confirmation email and proof of spending via the FRx app to enter the event area. The Event Organizer will conduct a verification and check-in process to confirm participants’ attendance.
13. If confirmation email and proof of spending is not presented, participants may be denied from the event.
14. The Management of Frasers Property Retail and their appointed Event Organiser will not be liable and shall not be held responsible for any mishaps, injuries and/or loss of property arising in any way, from a child and/or his/her parents/guardian’s participation in the event. 15. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Frasers Property Retail and their appointed Event Organiser will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
16. Photographs, audio-video or other recordings of you may be taken during this event for use by the Management of Frasers Property Retail and/or any third parties authorised by Frasers Property Retail for the purposes of publicising or marketing the event, including publication or broadcasts in any corporate or marketing materials. All recordings, photographs, video and reproductions of the same in any form are the property of the Management of Frasers Property Retail and/or its authorised third parties. E. LUCKY DRAW
1. The Management and employees of Frasers Property Retail Management are not eligible to participate in all mall-run lucky draws.
2. Participating malls are Causeway Point, Century Square, Changi City Point, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point, and White Sands.
3. FRx members earn one electronic lucky draw chance with every $30 spent each day at participating malls within the promotion period. Electronic lucky draw chances are registered in the system when the spending requirement is met and when the member’s FRx QR Code is scanned at participating stores.
4. Lucky draw chances are also tabulated on a transaction basis, e.g. if you spend $40 at a store, you receive one lucky draw chance. If you spend $50 at another store, you receive another lucky draw chance. For the spending of $90 in two transactions, you receive two lucky draw chances.
5. The lucky draw will be conducted at 438 Alexandra Point, Singapore 119958 on 24 October 2023.
6. The winners will be notified by phone or email within 7 days after the determination of the results. The winners will also be announced via Facebook (@FrasersPropertyRetail), Instagram (@FrasersPropertyRetail) and website (www.FrasersExperience.com.sg).
7. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or in kind.
