When it comes to shopping, dining and entertainment, the Frasers Experience (FRx) Programme’s multi-feature FRx app brings a host of interactive features to your fingertips. With its user-friendly interface, you can expect enhanced customer experience when you shop at any of the 14 Frasers Property Singapore developments.

As AsiaMalls has recently joined the Frasers Property Retail family, we welcome you from 14 September 2020 onwards to get familiar with the ease and utility of FRx while shopping across AsiaMalls’ 5 properties. You can start to accumulate Frasers Points with your purchases and exchange them for Frasers Digital Gift Cards, eVouchers or Frasers Carpark$ as part of this switch to a larger loyalty programme with FRx.

The FRx programme will commence from Monday, 14 September 2020 onwards at all 5 AsiaMalls properties:

• Century Square
• Hougang Mall
• Tampines 1
• Tiong Bahru Plaza
• White Sands

FRx gives you a wider platform to earn points across the 5 AsiaMalls properties as well as the other 14 Frasers Property Singapore developments. For example, if you are used to shopping and earning AMperkz points at Century Square or Tampines 1, you will simply be switching to another loyalty programme that allows you to accumulate points in the same manner, not only in these two locations but all across the other malls of Frasers Property as well.

Existing AMperkz members who use the AMperkz mobile app will receive an in-app notification from 11 August 2020, directing you to visit a microsite and provide consent to Frasers Property Retail Management Pte. Ltd. Simply follow the instructions to verify your mobile number and tick the checkbox to provide consent.

This consent authorises Frasers Property Retail Management Pte. Ltd to initiate the transfer of your balance AMperkz points, e-vouchers and Carpark$ which have not been redeemed or utilised as of 13 September 2020, as well as your membership tier to FRx.

Alternatively, you may also click through to visit the consent microsite from the eDM that you would be receiving or from the AMperkz website.

In the meantime, you can download the FRx app from the App Store or Google Play Store and create your FRx membership account using the same mobile number as the one you have used in your AMperkz app as we will match your mobile number to validate.

From Thursday, 1 October 2020 onwards, you will be able to login to the FRx app to view your remaining AMperkz points, e-vouchers, Carpark$ and membership tier which have been transferred to FRx.

AMperkz members can continue to use AMperkz app at all AsiaMalls properties up until 11:59pm on 13 September 2020.

AMperkz members who have already downloaded the FRx app on their devices would be able to perform the following FRx membership functions from 14 September 2020:

Via the FRx app

• Earn Frasers Points at point-of-sale in the stores by retailers scanning the member QR code in your FRx app
• Purchase Digital Gift Cards (DGCs) for self or for gifting
• Redeem or purchase eVouchers through the Rewards Catalogue
• Redeem Frasers Carpark$ through the Rewards Catalogue (only available from 1 Oct 2020 onwards)

Customer Service Counters at the 5 AsiaMalls properties

• Purchase Frasers Property Disposable Gift Cards (DGCs)
• AMperkz members can view a snapshot of their balance AMperkz points which will be carried over to FRx only with their consent or to query if their consent has already been provided
• AMperkz members can convert their valid physical vouchers or e-gifted vouchers to the Frasers Property Disposable Gift Cards which can only be used at the 5 AsiaMalls properties (Only from 1 October 2020)

AMperkz app

• Members would only be able to view a banner that will direct them to the consent microsite. Consent is to be provided if the member has not done so prior to 1 October 2020
• Functions to scan receipts, purchase e-vouchers and utilise Carpark$ will be disabled
   

All AMperkz points, Carpark$ & e-vouchers that are not utilised after 11:59pm on 13 September 2020 will be carried over to the Frasers Experience (FRx) app only with your consent and seamlessly converted into Frasers Points, Digital Gift Cards and Frasers Carpark$. These will be made visible and available for use when you login to your FRx app from 1 October 2020 and valid until 30 September 2021.

These are the important dates to note:

The blackout period from 12.00 a.m. on Monday, 14 September 2020 to 12.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 30 September 2020, is for Frasers Property Retail Management Pte. Ltd to initiate the transfer of your remaining AMperkz points, e-vouchers and Carpark$ to the FRx app if you have given Frasers Property Retail Management Pte. Ltd the consent to do so.

During this blackout period, you can use the FRx app to earn Frasers Points at the 5 former malls of AsiaMalls and the 15 Frasers Property Singapore developments concurrently.

From 12.00 a.m. on Thursday, 1 October 2020 onwards, you will be able to login to the FRx app to view your remaining AMperkz points, e-vouchers and Carpark$ which have been transferred to FRx with your consent.

Your balance AMperkz points, e-vouchers and Carpark$ as of 11:59pm on 13 September 2020, will be seamlessly transferred over to your existing FRx account. Simply follow the instructions in the AMperkz app and give consent to have them transferred over to FRx.

After 1 October 2020, you may still open the AMperkz app and tap on the “Give Consent” button, which will direct you to visit a microsite and provide consent to Frasers Property Retail Management Pte. Ltd. This consent authorises Frasers Property Retail Management Pte. Ltd to initiate the transfer of your balance AMperkz points, e-vouchers and Carpark$ which have not been redeemed or utilised as of 13 September 2020, as well as your membership tier to FRx. Alternatively, you may access this microsite at any Customer Service counter at the AsiaMalls properties.

Simply download the FRx app and we will match your mobile number that you have used in the AMperkz app to validate. You may perform this action at any time before 11:59pm on 30 September 2021. Thereafter, any balance AMperkz points, e-vouchers and Carpark$ remaining will be forfeited.

The equivalent of the AMperkz Gold Tier is the FRx Elite tier.

You will not lose your Gold Tier membership tier when you give consent to have your AMperkz Gold Tier membership transferred to FRx. Gold Tier members automatically become FRx Elite members for 1 year upon transfer.

For example, if you are an AMperkz Gold Tier member as of 13 September 2020, you will be converted to a FRx Elite member up to 30 September 2021.

For example, you are an AMperkz Basic member who has accumulated $1,000 in spending in August and you would be making a bulk purchase of $7,000 during the blackout period in order to be upgraded to the Gold Tier.

You would first have to give consent to Frasers Property Retail Management Pte. Ltd via the consent microsite before 30 September 2020. This allows you to combine your spend of $1,000 in AMperkz and $7,000 in FRx to meet the minimum spend of $8,000 in order to be upgraded to FRx Elite. Upon successful review, you will then become a FRx Elite member for one year from 1 Oct 2020 onwards.

You will not lose any AMperkz points. It will be a 1-to-1 exchange. For example, if you have 500 points in your AMperkz app, you will be awarded 500 Frasers Points in the FRx app.

You can download the FRx app at any point of time and earn Frasers Points only at the malls of Frasers Property before 14 September 2020. For example, you can shop at Waterway Point on 11 August, earn Frasers Points and have them stored in the e-wallet of your FRx app.

You can continue to use your AMperkz app and its benefits at all AsiaMalls properties until 11:59pm on Sunday, 13 September 2020. For example, if you still have 200 AMperkz points balance as at 11:59pm on Sunday, 13 September 2020, they will be seamlessly transferred to your same FRx account during the blackout period – provided you have given consent. These points will be displayed in the e-wallet of your FRx app after the blackout period from 1 October 2020.

Your eVouchers and Carpark$ can no longer be used from 14 September 2020 onwards. Any balance as of 11:59pm on 13 September 2020, will be converted into the Frasers Property Digital Gift Cards and Frasers Carpark$ respectively and this will appear in the e-wallet of your FRx app on 1 October 2020 - provided you have given your consent.

eVouchers will be converted into the total denomination in Frasers Property Digital Gift Cards. For example, if you had one $10 eVoucher, two $20 eVouchers and a $50 eVoucher - this will be converted into a total of $100 in a single Frasers Property Digital Gift Card when you access your e-wallet from 1 October onwards. This can be used to offset partial or full purchase when you shop at any of the Frasers or AsiaMalls properties.

AMperkz Carpark$ will be converted to the total denomination in Frasers Carpark$ in your e-wallet. For example, if you have a balance of $7 in AMperkz Carpark$ that was not utilized as of 11:59pm on 13 September 2020, you will see this $7 in Frasers Carpark$ from 1 October onwards.

You may continue to use these physical vouchers until the close of retail hours of 13 September 2020.

All sales of the AMperkz physical vouchers will cease from 14 September 2020.

From 14 September onwards, these physical vouchers can no longer be accepted at the 5 AsiaMalls properties. Members holding on to these physical vouchers would have to exchange them for a special Frasers Property Disposable Gift Card from 1 October 2020 onwards at any Customer Service counter at the 5 AsiaMalls properties. These special Frasers Property Disposable Gift Cards can only be used at the 5 AsiaMalls properties and are valid for 1 year from the date of the exchange.

Yes, you may request for them to be combined into a single Gift Card of $40 value when you make the exchange at any Customer Service counter at the 5 AsiaMalls properties.

Frasers Carpark$ has launched at the following locations as of 2 November 2020.

• Causeway Point
• Century Square
• Changi City Point
• Hougang Mall
• Northpoint City
• Tampines 1
• Tiong Bahru Plaza
• Waterway Point
• White Sands

They can be earned by redeeming from your Frasers Points. For example, if you have 500 Frasers Points available, they can be redeemed for the following:

You cannot exchange them for Frasers Points. They cannot be refunded or exchanged for other items/ cash.

Carpark$ can only be redeem via the Frasers Experience (FRx) app. You will need to register your IU under your profile before converting the desired number of Frasers Points to Carpark$. Do note that converted Carpark$ cannot be refunded nor converted back to Frasers Points.

You can check your Carpark$ balance via your e-wallet in the FRx app.

You can update or change your IU number via the FRx app under “e-wallet” or obtain assistance from the Customer Service Counter at our malls.

Each member can add one IU number in their FRx app at any one time.

Carpark$ are not transferrable.

Utilisation of Carpark$ will not be applicable for IU numbers that have been registered for season parking.

The validity of Carpark$ is by redemption year. i.e. October of current year to 30 September of the following year. All redeemed Carpark$ should be used by the end of the current redemption year. A 3-month extension to 31 December is permitted at the end of each redemption year.

For example:

• If you redeemed your Carpark$ in May of this year, it will be valid until December of the same year.
• If you redeemed your Carpark$ in November of this year, it will be valid until December of the following year.

Usage of Carpark$ cannot be combined with the usage of complimentary carpark coupon.

In such event, the Carpark$ will not be used and all parking charges will be deducted from your Cashcard.
